2. What information we collect

• If you enter your email on the results page we store it to send you a link to your results.
• Contract documents you upload for analysis. These are processed immediately and never stored. AI-generated audit results are saved and may include short cited excerpts from the contract so findings can be verified.
• Basic usage data to improve the product.

3. How we use your information

• To send you your audit results if you request them by email.
• To improve our product.
• We do not sell your information to third parties.
• We do not use your information for advertising.

4. Third party services we use

• Supabase: Stores audit results and email addresses. supabase.com/privacy
• Anthropic: Processes contract text to generate audit results. anthropic.com/privacy
• Resend: Sends result emails. resend.com/privacy
• Vercel: Hosts the application. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

5. Data retention

• Audit results and email addresses are stored for 30 days then deleted.
• You can request immediate deletion by emailing contactlumaboard@gmail.com

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contactlumaboard@gmail.com

7. Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Contract documents are never stored. Saved audit results may include short cited excerpts needed to support findings.
