Last updated: April 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using LumaBoard ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What LumaBoard Is
LumaBoard is an AI-powered document analysis tool that helps condo board members, unit owners, and property managers review vendor contracts and identify potential issues. LumaBoard is not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed professional services provider of any kind.
3. Not Professional Advice
Nothing produced by LumaBoard constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice of any kind. Results are AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. No attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship is created by your use of this Service. You should not rely solely on LumaBoard results when making decisions about vendor contracts, renewals, or any other matter with legal or financial consequences. Always consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or other qualified professional before taking action based on any analysis produced by LumaBoard.
4. No Warranty on Accuracy
LumaBoard makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis produced by the Service. AI systems can make errors, miss issues, or misinterpret contract language. LumaBoard results should be treated as a starting point for further review, not a definitive assessment.
5. Your Document
You represent that you have the right to upload any document you submit to the Service. Your document is processed to extract text for analysis and is not retained after processing. Only the AI-generated analysis is stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumaBoard and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to any decisions made based on AI-generated analysis. In no event shall LumaBoard's liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Florida Law
This Service is operated from Florida and governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
